Passion Flower

Daily Practice:

I believe in daily practice, sacred practice, in many ways, from many paths,

but i wonder, if we do not share how we practice,  are we simply left with is false ideas of perfections that are unattainable…and that shut us down from truly being in this world,

does a lack of a certain transparency hide our Heaven on Earth?

While my conversations might be quite intimate, as are yours…

perhaps it is a good thing to let others know we are having them… and perhaps how.. or when…

in the space of keeping it simple, i thought i would start sharing mine.

one day at a time –

My spiritual daily practices include  Lectio Divina, centering prayer, zazen, mettajourneying, creating and ink brush painting.

so i thought i would share a daily bit of my Lectio Divina for a week…. the others are more difficult to share on a blog…..hmmm…may be part of the creating practice! lol

try some out, and let me know what you think…..

what are your daily spiritual practices?

Today’s passage was Psalm 4.  it is in both the Torah and the Christian Bible.

this is simply a snippet to contemplate….read the whole verse….in any version you wish.

and yes, the passion flowers are bloom all over where i live….

life, art, heaven!  the smell alone is intoxicating…..
